Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Belly

  • ½ c Soy Sauce

  • ÂĽ c Banana Ketchup

  • 2 Tbsp Calamasi (or lemon) juice

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, banana ketchup, calamansi (or lemon) juice, brown sugar. Mix until smooth.

  2. Add about 2 lbs pork belly and toss until fully coated. Marinate for at least 1 hour — overnight is even better for deeper flavor.

  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange pork belly in a single layer so it cooks evenly.

  4. Air fry for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until caramelized on the edges with a nice balance of crispy and tender.

  5. Adjust time as needed depending on thickness and your air fryer — you’re looking for that sticky, slightly charred finish.

    Serve hot with rice.
