Throw it in the Crock-Pot, walk away, and come back to THIS! 🤤🇵🇭
This Filipino beef kaldereta is my kind of cooking! Tender beef chuck, potatoes, carrots, and that classic savory kaldereta sauce, all made easy with Mama Sita’s seasoning mix. Set it, forget it, and serve it over a BIG bowl of rice! 🍚

2 Tbsp cooking oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Load the Crock-Pot. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. Pour tomato sauce, 1 can of water or broth, soy sauce, and 3 bay leaves. Lay on top the browned beed.
Add the kaldereta seasoning. Place a ½ stick of butter on top of beef for extra richness, Pour Mama Sita’s Kaldereta Seasoning Mix over the meat.
