Corned Beef with Potatoes

Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) can corned beef
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 small onion diced
10 Little Potatoes diced
Instructions
Dice the potatoes and fry in a pan until crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté minced garlic and diced onion until soft and fragrant.
Add the canned corned beef. Break it up and sauté until heated through and most of the fat renders out.
Add the potatoes back to the pan and mix everything together. Cover and cook a few minutes until the potatoes are tender and coated in all that flavor.
Serve hot with steamed white rice. For corned beef silog, pair it with garlic fried rice and a fried egg on the side.
