Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs (debone if preferred)
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 c Bulgogi Sauce
White Rice
Furikake (optional)
Kimchi (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the marinade, 1 Tbsp gochujang with 1 cup bottled bulgogi sauce until fully combined.
Add about 1.5 lbs chicken thighs (deboned if you prefer). Use about ¾ of the marinade to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes so the flavor really gets in there.
Reserve the remaining sauce for basting.
Air fry at 390°F for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Baste with the reserved sauce when you flip, and again at the end for extra glaze.
Cook until caramelized on the edges and the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Serve with hot white rice, a sprinkle of furikake, and kimchi on the side.
