Ube Banana Nut Bread

3 ingredients… and this ube banana nut bread comes out insanely moist every time 🤯💜

It’s the perfect combo of rich ube flavor and classic banana bread—easy, nostalgic, and straight-up sarap. 🍌✨

If you’ve been looking for a no-fail Filipino dessert that hits every time, this is it.

Ingredients

3 Ingredients

  • 4 overripe bananas, peeled

  • 1 can Ube Condensed Milk

  • 2 1/2 cups | 11.5 oz Self-Rising Flour

  • Optional Ingredients: Nuts, Chocolate Chips, Coconut Flakes – whatever your heart and stomach desires!

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter a 9 x 5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper so it comes out easy later.

  2. Add the bananas to a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork until mostly smooth.

  3. Pour in the whole can of ube condensed milk and mix well. A few banana chunks are totally fine — that’s flavor, not a problem.

  4. Fold in the self-rising flour until just combined. Don’t overmix or your banana bread will get dense.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. If you want to throw in chocolate chips, nuts, or whatever else makes you happy, now’s the time.

  6. Bake at 350°F for about 45–60 minutes, or until the center is cooked through.

  7. Let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm with butter.

Super sarap and dangerously easy to finish.
