Instructions
Let the ube ice cream soften until it turns into a thick, creamy batter. No extras needed — no milk, no eggs, no sugar. Just straight ube magic.
Dip slices of soft bread into the melted ice cream and let them soak just enough to absorb all that flavor without falling apart.
Cook on a buttered pan or griddle over medium heat until golden, lightly crisp on the outside, and soft in the center.
Flip and cook the other side until caramelized and evenly browned.
