Mango Float
No-bake. No graham crackers. No problem. π₯ This Filipino mango float with Skyflakes hits different β perfect hot summer cool treat! π
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream (very cold)
1 14 oz can condensed milk (very cold - I used Mango Flavored)
2 -3 cups chopped champagne or sweet mangoes
Sky Flakes cracker (enough for several layers of your dish).
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cold heavy cream and condensed milk. Beat until light, fluffy, and about doubled in volume.
Gently fold in the chopped mangoes. Mix just until combinedβdon't overmix or you'll lose that airy texture.
In your serving dish, lay down a layer of crackers, then spread a generous layer of the mango cream. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
Finish with a final layer of the mango cream and top with plenty of fresh mangoes.
Freeze for at least 4 hours so everything sets together.
Before serving, transfer to the refrigerator for about 1 hour to soften slightly for easier slicing.
